Our Quality Representative Alexander Diecke has successfully passed – with flying colors – the practical Workshop of the company HotQua – for qualified executives to become Quality Manager certificated by GERMAN INSTITUTE FOR STANDARDIZATION in EN ISO 9001.

Objective of the management course was that all participant executives receive detailed information about the international management in EN ISO 9001 and especially examples of the conversion from the theory, applying this matter later in practice. The continuing education course ended with a final examination of CERTQUA (DIHK, BDA, ZVH, WK).

After passed exam, all participants received a certificate with the title “Quality Manager / Hotel and Restaurant Management“ due to the GERMAN INSTITUTE FOR STANDARDIZATION in EN ISO 9001.

Certification of Quality Management Systems

An aim of the next weeks and months, which concern the management at the hotels Berlin Plaza & Astoria, are now the preparations to the external supervision audit through safety & standards authority from TÜV Thuringia in August 2010, as well as from Alexander Diecke participation in continuing education to become a Quality Auditor, auditing hotels, literally the construction & the decrease of quality management systems in the service area.
